The Hotel's Synagogue is decorated with a beautiful stained glass window and ranks among the most beautiful in Latin America. Orthodox religious services that are held in the Synagogue are supervised by the Rabbinate. The Hotel's Mikveh Tevila is fully Orthodox, with excellent facilities and is reserved only for women.

With the introduction of Mehadrin cuisine in El Isleño Restaurant, Grand Hotel Acapulco & Convention Center has established itself as the premier choice for Kosher Mehadrin cuisine on the Mexican Riviera. El Isleno offers kosher food, both dairy and meat menus, "with full hashgocho" and Rabbinical supervision around the clock. (Glatt Kosher, Mehandrin, Bishul Yisrael, Halak Beth Yossef). Al Fresco dining next to the pool, El Isleño serves a full dairy Halav Yisrael breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner are both meat only, using only glatt Kosher meats. For Shabbat Dinner on Friday nights, El Isleño invites guests to enjoy a dinner including a special selection of Shabbat dishes, as well as the Shabbat brunch on Saturdays featuring Shabbat Cholent.

Grand Hotel Acapulco & Convention Center also features a special Shabbat elevator on Shabbat and Hags. In addition we have a few mechanical keys for some floors and when needed, offer a door opening service on each floor.
